Frequently asked questions
Why must my dog(s) do an evaluation before the first day of daycare?
At our daycare, the safety and happiness of all our furry guests are paramount. To ensure a positive experience for every dog in our care, we require all new dogs to pass a social evaluation. This evaluation helps us assess their behavior and compatibility with other dogs.
Our social evaluation is complementary and lasts for one hour. To schedule your dog’s evaluation, please book an appointment with our front desk staff. During this hour, our trained team will observe your dog’s interactions and behavior to determine if they are a good fit for our daycare environment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in prioritizing the well-being of all our daycare guests.
What are the drop off and pick up times for daycare?
To accommodate your schedules, our drop-off and pick up times are as follows:
- Monday through Friday: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 11:00 am & 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Sunday: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
WE JUST ASK FOR NO DROPS-OFF OR PICK-UPS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11-1 AS THIS IS THE PUPS REST TIME. (Sunday does not pertain)

Can I use a harness or prong collar?
To maintain a safe and comfortable transition into daycare for all our furry guests and staff, we kindly request that only buckle collars be worn by dogs coming into daycare. Harnesses or prong collars are hard for the staff to take on and off. ALL COLLARS AND LEASHES COME OFF FOR DAYCARE!

We prioritize the safety and well-being of your furry companions at our daycare. Rest assured, there are multiple trained staff members supervising the dogs throughout the day to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Enrichment sessions will take place daily between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM Monday-Friday, offering a variety of stimulating exercises to keep your dogs happy and engaged.
Are big and little dogs together?
We want to ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs in our care. As part of this commitment, please note that we do not mix big dogs with small dogs during daycare activities. This separation helps prevent any potential accidents or conflicts and allows each dog to socialize and play in an environment suited to their size and temperament.
How often are they let outside?
We want to reassure you that your dogs receive ample outdoor time, weather permitting, during their stay with us. We believe in the importance of fresh air, exercise, and mental stimulation for our furry guests. Rest assured, rain or shine, we do our best to provide a balanced mix of indoor and outdoor activities to keep your pets happy and healthy.
What does daycare day consist of?
At our dog daycare, your furry companions will enjoy a day filled with fun, socialization, and personalized care. From interactive play sessions with other dogs to supervised outdoor activities and plenty of cuddles, we ensure a tail-wagging good time for every pup. Rest assured, your beloved pets are in safe hands with us.
Can I bring lunch, treats or toys for my dog?
We’d like to take a moment to remind all our valued clients about our policy regarding bringing lunch, treats or toys for your dogs during their day at our daycare. While we truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and care for your pets, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing these items for them during their daycare sessions. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs under our care. We do allow lunch for puppies up to 6 months. If your dog requires lunch over the age of 6 months, there will be a $5 charge.
Are unspayed or unneutered dogs allowed?
We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all pets at our daycare. As part of our policy, we ask that only fixed male dogs over the age of 6 months participate in our daycare program. Female dogs are allowed unspayed as long as they are not in heat.
What if there is an injury?
The well-being of your furry companions is our top priority at our daycare. Our staff’s primary goal is to maintain a fun but reasonably calm environment for all our daycare guests. However, we understand that accidents can happen, although rarely. In the event of an injury, we want to assure you that we will promptly notify you of the situation. Depending on the severity of the injury, we will provide on-site care or transport your pet to a veterinarian for further treatment, as we deem most appropriate. Your trust and the safety of your pets are of utmost importance to us, and we’re committed to ensuring they receive the best possible care while in our facility.
What if we notice an illness your dog may have?
Your dog’s health and well-being are our top priorities at our daycare. In the event that we notice any symptoms of illness, such as canine cough or other contagious illnesses, during your dog’s daycare visit, we will promptly notify you to pick up your dog as soon as possible. Once notified, your dog will be immediately removed from daycare and quarantined until you arrive for pickup. This precautionary measure helps prevent the potential spread of illness to other dogs in our facility. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in prioritizing the health and safety of all our daycare guests.
Flea prevention?
Ensuring the health and comfort of all our furry guests is a top priority at our daycare. While parasite preventative is recommended for your dog’s well-being, it is not required for daycare attendance. However, please note that if we observe fleas or ticks on your dog during their daycare visit, we reserve the right to administer Frontline treatment for an additional charge. This precaution helps maintain a clean and safe environment for all dogs in our facility.
Is there a yard?
We’re excited to say, we provide the best experience for your furry friends! Our daycare features artificial K9-Grass, offering a clean and comfortable surface for your dogs to play on. Additionally, we have a large field where they can enjoy enriching outdoor activities and plenty of room to run and explore.
